Salary: $9.00 to $12.00 /hour
Position # 1 - 11PM - 7AM / 16 hours a week PT - Week 1 - Sunday & Monday Week 2 - Tuesday & Saturday.
Position # 2 - 02:00 PM- 10:00 PM / 16.00 hours a week - Week 1 Sunday & Friday - Week 2 - Sunday & Friday,
Position #3 - 11:AM - 7 :00 AM -Third Shift awake.

Description of Work:
This position performs a variety of duties aimed at assisting the residents, without being intrusive, in accomplishing daily living activities and achieving personal goals as outlined on the Plan of Care, which furthers their growth towards independence. This is a direct care position, working with residents with a developmental disability or intellectual challenges. The individual is responsible for reviewing and comprehending the residential program, regulations, rules and schedules. The individual creates a supportive environment assisting the residents with habilitative goals, personal care goals, and performing tasks associated with daily living, communication and socialization as per the Service Plan. The individual documents resident care provided. This position reports to the Residential Home Manager.
Minimum Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. Experience preferred. The employee will be required to attend NCI, Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation, First Aid/CPR, seizure training, OSHA-Blood Borne Pathogens, Medication Administration, and Developmental Disabilities Orientation. The employee will be required to complete TB screening test before orientation and annually. UMAR will verify a negative drug screen, criminal record check, DMV check, Healthcare Registry check and OIG check prior to working.
